1. Scope
These Terms govern the provision of the App and the relationship between you and the developer (the "Developer"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
2. What the App does
This app analyzes your device's photo library entirely on-device and categorizes photos into groups such as similar photos, burst shots, low-quality photos, screenshots, and large video files. Deletions are always performed through iOS's standard confirmation screen, and the app never deletes photos on its own. Deleted photos are moved to iOS's "Recently Deleted" and can be restored within 30 days. Classification results are based on automated judgments and do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Please always review and confirm deletion decisions yourself. The feature that converts a Live Photo into a still image works by saving the still as a new item and then deleting the original Live Photo. Once this operation is performed, any edits you made to that photo cannot be undone.
3. Plans
The App is offered under the following plans.
- Free — Free. Every feature is available with no limits. There are no in-app purchases and no subscription. To cover running costs the app shows a banner on list screens, a box while a long task is running, and a full-screen ad at most once an hour right after a cleanup or a video conversion finishes. No ads are shown while you are sorting photos or on the delete confirmation screen.
4. Prohibited conduct
When using the App you must not:
- act unlawfully or contrary to public order and morals;
- reverse engineer, modify, copy or redistribute the App;
- interfere with the operation of the App;
- infringe the rights of other users or third parties;
- circumvent payment by improper means.
5. Disclaimer
The App is a supporting tool. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer accepts no liability for:
- the accuracy or currency of data you enter, or of any translation the App produces;
- financial loss or data loss arising from use of the App;
- malfunctions, network failures or server failures;
- the behaviour or content of third-party services such as Google AdMob.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where you use the App as a consumer, you keep the statutory rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
6. Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and all related content (code, design, text and so on) belong to the Developer or the respective rights holders.
7. Changes to and discontinuation of the App
The Developer may change, add to or remove features of the App, and may suspend or discontinue the App, without prior notice.
8. Changes to these Terms
The Developer may amend these Terms at any time where it becomes necessary to do so. Amended Terms take effect when posted in the App or on this site.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the court with jurisdiction over the Developer's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with the App. If you use the App as a consumer resident outside Japan, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
