1. Approach
The App is designed to keep your data on your device wherever possible. This policy sets out what information the App handles, why, and what is shared with third parties.
2. Data stored on your device
The App stores the following only on your device. None of it is sent to the developer's servers.
- Photos you choose to cut out — handled only in memory while being analyzed; not stored inside the app
- Exported images — only what you save to your photo library yourself
- Settings such as display language
- A count and date used to decide when to ask for a rating
3. Data sent to third parties
The App uses the third-party services below, which may receive the information described.
Google AdMob (advertising)
The App uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect the following to serve ads and measure their performance.
- Device identifier (IDFV)
- Device information (model, OS version)
- Approximate location (inferred from IP address)
The App does not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). Ads are always requested as non-personalized, so no behavioural targeting is performed across other apps or websites.
Ads are Google AdMob non-personalized ads (NPA) only (a small banner at the bottom of the screen, plus a 300×250 ad at the bottom of the home screen and while batch processing runs). The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). The AdMob SDK may collect the device identifier for vendors (IDFV), ad interaction and diagnostic information; these are not linked to you and are not used for tracking. **Your photos and cut-out images are never used for advertising.**
Google AdMob's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Services you choose to connect
**All photo analysis (cutting out subjects) is done on your device with Apple's Vision framework.** Photos are never sent to the developer's or Apple's servers.
Photos are chosen with the iOS photo picker. The app receives only the photos you select and never reads your whole library.
Saving uses the add-only photo library permission. The app does not use the camera.
4. Personally identifiable information
The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, bank details or card details. If you choose to include information in an email to support, it is used solely to reply to you.
5. Deleting your data
You can remove the data the App holds in the following ways.
- Delete the App from your iPhone — everything stored on the device goes with it
6. Children
The App is rated 4+ and older, and collects no age-related personal information. Children should use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated without notice to reflect changes in law or in the App. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on the support page.
8. Contact
For questions about this policy or requests to delete data, please contact the developer.
