Summary
Hainyo Note is a planned record-keeping app for the bladder diary (voiding diary) that urologists and other doctors ask patients to keep: it logs each toilet visit with one tap, even in the middle of the night, and creates a table to show at your appointment.

Who it is for and what problem it solves
When people see a doctor about frequent urination or leakage, they are often asked to keep a bladder diary for three days. On paper this is hard to keep up: getting up at night to write the time, measuring and writing the volume, and adding up totals in the morning. Handwriting becomes unreadable and totals get miscalculated.
- Turning on a light and writing on paper in the middle of the night is unpleasant
- Adding up daily counts, volumes and night-time visits by hand is tedious
- There are very few easy-to-use apps made specifically for a bladder diary
Screens and features (planned)
Log screen (one tap)
- Tap one large button to record a toilet visit at the current time
- Volume (mL), urgency, leakage and fluid intake can be added later (all optional)
- Log from a Lock Screen widget as well
Night screen
- Between your bedtime and wake time, the screen is dark with large text
- Visits during that period are counted as night-time automatically
Daily summary
- Daytime visits, night-time visits, total volume, volume per visit and fluid intake are calculated automatically
- Set the number of days your doctor asked for (for example, 3) to see how many days are left
Table for your appointment
- A PDF table for the period in a common bladder diary layout (time, volume, leakage, fluids)
- Print it, share it, or show it on screen
Trends
- After the diary period, keep logging just night-time visits and see weekly and monthly trends
How it works (planned)
- Set the number of days your doctor asked for and your bed and wake times
- Tap the button at each toilet visit (add the volume when you can measure it)
- Log fluids you drink (optional)
- Before the appointment, create the PDF table and show it

Frequently asked questions
Is Hainyo Note available now?
No. It is under consideration and not on the App Store. This page describes the plan.
Is there an app for keeping a bladder diary?
Hainyo Note is a planned app for exactly that. It logs each toilet visit with one tap, lets you add volume, leakage and fluids, and creates a table for your appointment.
Can I count only how many times I get up at night?
Yes. You can log with a single tap without a volume, and visits during your sleep hours are counted as night-time automatically.
Do I have to measure the volume?
No. Enter it only when you can measure it. If your doctor asks for volumes, measure with a measuring cup and enter them.
Can it tell me whether I have a medical condition?
No. It does not diagnose. It is a tool for recording so you can discuss the results with your doctor.
What should I bring to my appointment?
The plan is a PDF table for the period you choose, with time, volume, leakage and fluids, plus daily totals.
